A customer prepared a large truck spare parts inquiry involving Jiefang J6L parts, Hongyan Genlyon parts, repair tools, general materials, and other accessories. The original list mixed part codes, specifications, quantities, price sources, remarks, and unclear items that could not be quoted safely without additional confirmation.
The buyer needed a clean RFQ structure that separated quoted items from items requiring code, VIN, specification, tool model, torque parameter, or size verification. The final quotation needed to show tax-included selling prices while clearly excluding freight.
Lyami Trade normalized the list into four categories, added suggested quotation source, suggested tax-included unit price, tax-included subtotal, quotation status, and missing-information notes. Items with missing prices, missing codes, unclear remarks, or incomplete technical data were flagged before external quotation.
The work covered raw list retention, standardized quotation table creation, category mapping, line-level price status review, pending item filtering, and supplier-follow-up notes for part code, VIN, size, tool model, and torque parameter confirmation.
The RFQ became ready for controlled supplier communication: 54 line items had usable suggested tax-included selling prices, 58 line items were isolated for confirmation, and the quoted subtotal reached RMB 456,352 excluding freight. This reduced the risk of wrong part quotation and helped the buyer prioritize missing data.
